The Big Question- What is it all about?The Answer- It is all about what our oil industry is looking for- "Innovation". We do have seen some recent advancements like extended reach wells, multilateral wells, intelligent wells, etc which have certainly increased oil productivity, but would this be enough to meet the global energy demands in the coming decades? "No"
It's time to have our next wave of innovation so that the levels of expected energy demand can be met. And this begins at "Trajectory" from December 2.
The purpose here is to have some major breakthroughs rather than enhancing or extrapolating a technology or a system.
This is about more about sharing ideas rather than selling ideas.
It's an effort to take on the future challenge.
